1. Simple Conditions for Returns & ExchangesTo ensure your request is processed smoothly, please make sure of the following:

Original Condition:

The item must be completely new, unused, and free from any scratches or damage.

Complete Packaging:

The item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories — including Sapphire boxes, pouches, the Certificate of Authenticity, and any other included materials (such as the shipping carton).

2. Easy Steps to Follow

Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Shipping & Inspection

Once received, our Sapphire team will carefully inspect the returned items.

Return and exchange shipping costs are fully free when the conditions above are met.

Inspection will be completed within 2 business days after arrival.

Step 3: Completion

For returns: The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–10 business days after approval.

For exchanges: The replacement item will be shipped immediately once your request is approved.

(Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable in case of a return.)
